MAGICIANS • CHEFS • SUPERHEROES

On any given day we're asked to wear many hats. Actually, we're quite comfortable with that - we happen to think we look good in hats!

We're fortunate to have a terrifically deep and varied background in production which allows us create a lot of bang for your buck. One day, producer and director... the next, writer and editor.

Just another day at the office.

SAMANTHA YOUNG

A born and bred, street-wise New Yorker, Samantha's reputation as the "Swiss Army Knife" of production is exceeded only by her infectious enthusiasm and grace under fire. She got her start working on independent films, but her love of comedy landed her on the doorstep of the improv troupe at Whole World Theatre where she produced a season of episodes for Turner South and helped secure a television pilot with Castle Rock Entertainment.

Since then, she has traveled thousands of miles producing for the likes of The Weather Channel, Women's Entertainment, Showtime, and TV One picking up a few awards along the way. Her non-profit and foundation work has also garnered attention and several Telly Awards now make their home on her bookshelf. Her corporate producing credits include Delta Air Lines, BellSouth/Cingular, America's Home Place, MCI Worldwide, and Sherwin Williams, to name a few. Sam's ability to breakdown a script, schedule a shoot and finish The New York Times crossword all during the course of a cross-country flight is legendary.  When Sam calls, actors and technicians become magically available, the rain stops and cameras roll.

MICHAEL PIETROBON

Wearing not only the hats of writer, producer and director, Michael is also an award-winning cinematographer and editor with a trail of honors that include over 30 Tellys, a Gold Award from The New York Festivals, an Adweek Silver Icon, a Cable Mark Award and the Charleston International Film Festival Gold and Bronze Awards.

Armed with a trademark blend of fun and confident artistry he has directed and photographed presidents, celebrities, supermodels and captains of industry.  But it is perhaps his work with real, everyday people that has most earned him a reputation as a strong and capable director, eliciting performances filled with subtlety, emotion and quirky good humor.

Michael’s body of work includes national commercials, comedy, travel and lifestyle television series, biographies and fundraising programs.  His feature length and short film work has been screened at festivals around the world and as a broadcast documentary producer has created hallmark programming that has received critical acclaim and praise from both the scientific and educational communities.  He is based in California and has worked extensively throughout North America, Western and Eastern Europe, Asia and India.
